To enrich the extracurricular practice of young pioneers and inherit local traditional food culture, a group of young pioneers from Huaibei City visited Yangfujin Company for a themed study tour. Stepping out of the campus and into the enterprise, the students closely explored the production technology of Huaibei characteristic hot noodles and experienced the unique charm of local traditional cuisine, starting a special study journey focused on local food culture.
At the beginning of the activity, enterprise instructors led the young pioneers to visit the production workshop and cultural exhibition hall in an orderly manner. They gave a detailed introduction to the historical origin, ingredient selection, traditional production techniques and modern production processes of Huaibei hot noodles. From the screening of high-quality wheat, kneading and resting dough to pressing, shaping and drying, the students listened carefully, observed attentively and recorded key knowledge, unlocking the secret of authentic Huaibei hot noodles. They deeply learned that Huaibei hot noodles are not only a popular daily delicacy, but also a cultural symbol carrying the local customs and memories of Huaibei City.
The most anticipated tasting session followed. The staff carefully cooked steaming authentic Huaibei hot noodles. The chewy noodles matched with rich and fresh soup emitted an inviting fragrance. The young pioneers tasted the local specialty in order and savored the exclusive flavor of their hometown. The warm hot noodles allowed the students to truly feel the charm of local food and deepened their love for their hometown. Many students said that this was their first in-depth understanding of the whole production process of hot noodles, making them better appreciate the craftsmanship and persistence behind the local flavor.
This study tour broke the boundaries of classroom learning and integrated traditional culture education, labor education and local homeland education. Relying on the mature food production system and cultural inheritance concept of Yangfujin Company, the young pioneers witnessed the perfect integration of traditional cuisine and modern technology, and understood the responsibility of local enterprises in inheriting local flavors and promoting regional culture. Through practical observation and personal experience, the students broadened their horizons, enriched their knowledge, and enhanced their sense of identity and pride in local traditional culture.
The study tour ended successfully. A small bowl of hot noodles carries the cultural heritage of the land and nourishes the growth of teenagers in the new era. In the future, Huaibei City will continue to carry out various characteristic study and practical activities, enabling teenagers to perceive culture, inherit craftsmanship and love their hometown in practice, and protect and spread excellent local traditional culture with youthful strength.
